How would those scratch marks on the headliner be taken out? Would be nice if they could be taken out

I was thinking about that. I'd replace the fabric before installation so that the clock would be reset on the headliner sagging/drooping.

That's a good idea. Even for the seats $600 is pretty good.. headliner is just a freebie. However I'd hope those seats could also be cleaned up a little. For there to be any use for the dash, a person would have to have a different color interior which means they'd still need all the other parts/trim to match. So I'd say this deal is good mainly for the seats.
