Thanks, they sound great and idk about the GEN3 Headers, everyone's get the SS headers and they sound great if you want to sound like an M.

well i'm getting them for the performance gains, makin it sound like an M would b a plus
that's why i'm curious if on my ZHP, the Gen3 would b more beneficial (since it costs 200$ more, alsmot double the price )

I was gonna get the GEN3 aswell but the only difference is that they have more piping than the SS, and that you'll gain a significant amount of hp/tq, either way, Cause these SS headers make my car more alive. So I just saved the money and got these. tell me if you get them tho!

Grats on the headers man. Not many people pull the trigger on them. It was one of the first purchases because of the significant restrictions. Some people prefer that rasp, but I'm eventually going to eliminate mine. I prefer the low rumble. Here's mine taken the day of the install, so it hasn't broken in yet:


Ebay Headers, no resonators, no cats, Eisenmann Race exhaust.

I eventually put in cats.. Have to pass one more round of aircare before they kill the program. Don't know how I'm going to do it yet.. perhaps O2 sims. and yes the smell was significant.. I felt bad for bikers who were following me or people with their windows down during the summer. The ebay headers didn't leave room for my post cat sensors and they're just chillin' there, throwing a code. Will have to deal with it soon...

we had a small problem aligning the headers to the exhaust, we had a very small misalignment (that was easily fixed at no cost) as shown below


Notes:
- no black smoke
- smells bad as hell :p
- no SES lights
- sounds like M3
- better mileage
- noticeable power gain on all RPMs. tested it with a catless G35, smoked him by 3 cars length in a 1/4 mile run
