Ray,
yes they do look sick! No the center bores are not bored to 74.1, they are 73.1, will fit e46s no problem. the lips are 3" big :O! on the e46 there are 15mm spacers with -3 camber, on the e39 i'm using 30mm adapter with -3 camber. they fit nicely without camber though. not sure about the brand of spacer!
