E46 330 FS: Used BMW Performance Intake

Up for sale is my bmw performance intake that is used for miles i did not record(does it really matter not really)
Reason im selling is i am slowly parting out

Im looking for $250 + shipping +paypal fee's

As anyone that knows these are somewhat rare to come by used.
Being they are discontinued.

There is a small flaw that i inflicted upon it because it did not sit in my car correctly

I ground down a small portion which effects performance in no way see below in attached pictures

And for the questions about the shiny/glimmery/looks sticky parts
I experimented with the DEI silver heat wrap tape to try and cool down my intake temps and it was negligible

The filter is a mann replacement and was changed last march(did not drive to much from march-sept being unemployed and all then)

what part did you file down?

the small ridge in the front in picture 2where it is somewhat wavey
theres normally a little lip there for no reason other than it being part of the mold
its in picture 4 as well the very front piece

where those arrows are pointing is where i ground/filed down
