rims + wheels

So im buying 119's withthe tires but there pretty much bald from my friend and im gonna switch them and put em on my whip.

Im getting a good deal and was wondering how much do shops usually charge if

take tires off the rims
take tires off my rims
put my tires on my new rims
then put it back on the car

one of my friends said 20$ that seems unrealistic though

Then you probably shouldn't be buying those rims.

Here in texas you can go to an automotive school and they can do it for usually 30 for whatever you want done. I usually take my cars for alignment.

Two options.

Or
Getting a 17 inch tire

Pricing will vary by the shop. You should call around to see how much each one charges. I would not necessarily recommend going with the cheapest option though. Do your homework on which shop has the best reputation for the price, and go to that one.

You cannot put 16" tires on 17" wheels. You will either need to buy new 17" tires, or get 16" wheels.
