Michelin Pilot Super Sports are definitely an awesome tire. As far as the tire sizing goes, you may want to try a 235/40/18 front and rear, although you probably will have to roll the back in order for it to not rub.

Thanks,

But is there any way for me to find tires with these rims in which I would not have to roll fenders??

I was told by the company where i bought my rims that these 18" rims would fit on my 330i even with the cupkit...

Am I mistaken??

you will likely have to roll rear fenders.

You can run 18" wheels without any issues, but that's a really vague statement. 18" wheels will range in size, could be 18x7 to 18x12 for example, and then you have to factor in the offset of the wheels.

We recommend 18x8.5 ET35 to ET40 front, and 18x9.5 ET45 rear for a staggered setup. Your wheels would stick out about 6-11mm further than our recommended specs up front, and about 4mm further out in the rear. If you are not planning on running a stretched tire you will likely need to roll your fenders.

anyone,

I really need some final advice. I need to make a decision on tires and get the bmw back on the road.

Can someone tell if anyone on this forum has a e46 sedan with a H&R Cupkit suspension and changed from stock 17" to 18" wheels? Is this possible?

I dont want to roll fenders. I would buy spacers if needed...I just need to know what tires you guys think will work??

Anyone???

I've done some research as I just bought a set of 18x9 et35 wheels. A 235/35 or 225/35 tire SHOULD fit without having to roll the fenders. I know a guy in here who was lowered and ran 18x9 et37 who had 245/35 tires and just barely had to roll his fenders.
