ECS Tuning - Excellent Customer Service!

Trying to cut corners and save a buck I opted to go for the non-Genuine BMW center Console Cup holder (loved my previous Euro Tray, but miss my cup holders!)...the part number appeared to be the same and thought the part I ordered was identical, maybe just missing a BMW logo on the bottom...well it turns out the fit was not flush and didn't snap in well. I contacted ECS Tuning at 8am today and had a response within 5 minutes saying the part was not identical but they would waive the re-stocking fee and I would only be responsible for the price difference and shipping of the Genuine BMW item. A long story short, within 30 minutes of my question (is the item identical to the Genuine BMW part and how could we work an exchange if it wasn’t), I had the part I should have ordered processed! From all my experiences with ECS Tuning, prices are competitive and the customer service is always stellar! This is not the first time I've ordered and dealt with them and it certainly won't be the last. Thanks Guys!
