Looking for an AR-style .22 plinker

Stopped at Gander the other day, and saw a couple cheap .22 AR style rifles for $299 and $399. I'm more or less just looking for something to plink pop cans and targets with, and maybe the occasional crow.
I liked the look of these guns, which is why I'd prefer to have one of these instead of your typical bolt-action .22.

Any suggestions? I'd like it to have a scope, and eventually a dropdown foregrip. Looking to keep it cheap, since it will probably never be used for anything besides curing boredom.

$299-399 is a good price for something like this at the moment. The last mp 15-22s I saw have been around $550. Mags are very difficult to find though

I found one in a pawn shop the other day for $19.99

Mossberg Tactical? Cabelas has them at $269-$319

saw plenty of these in .22 locally.
