Ideas for a euro plate?

I am looking to get a new euro plate for my wagon. You guys got any ideas on what I should get? It's a 2000 helrot red 323i wagon.

Thanks, Mark

Saw this at a concourse show in Ohio and thought it was a cool idea. Guy had his regular plate scanned, stretched, and printed out on reflective vinyl. He cut a piece of aluminum for it to stick to.. Not sure how legal it is, but I bet if you had your regular plate in the trunk they cops wouldnt say too much.

A euro plate or any custom plate should be something to represent yourself or your car. We cant do it.

Id say, 1SLOWAGON.

1. You shouldn't get euro plates because theyre illegal and can get you a ticket (askmehowiknow).

2. Also you shouldn't get them because theyre a waste of money trying to represent something your car isn't, A european car that was imported.

3. If you did European delivery when the car was new, or the car was imported I would condone it but if this isn't likely.

4. Why are you trying to be something your not?

In my mind BMW cars look better with German plates on the bumper, which is the only reason I had one on my 328. The plate I used was shipped to me by my friend who was born and raised in Flensburg and it wasnt one of the cheesy after pop plates. I dont know, I guess its all a matter of personal opinion.

Also, illegal or not, German tag or not, I absolutely refuse to put an Ohio plate on my front bumper.. Worst looking thing ever

He didnt ask about if they are illegal, if they are a waste of money, and if he should do it to try to be something something hes not.

There are non-m's who buy m3 bumpers, so I guess they are trying to be something they are not? Because maybe it gives the car a cleaner look?
m3 spoilers on a non-m? also same attempt to look like an m3?

OP, go for it. I see plenty of people with very catchy and cool looking euro plates. Just have your regular plates somewhere visible for cops to see.

Kvasi
I have custom plates that I do not want to reveal all over a public forum.

I saw a bumper sticker the other day - "Irish you were naked." Ireland is a European country, so you could put that on a plate.

What are you talking about bro?

1. Illeagal? They are perfectly legal here in Ga, we don't require front tags.

2. A waste of money? This website is all about wasting money on cars. It's what we do. Not all of us have to resort to spray painting parts on our cars. I don't think $19 is going to break me, but I appreciate your concern about my financial well being. If I didn't want to waste my money on my car I would have bought a Camry.

3. Trying to be something I'm not? Are you telling me my car wasn't made in Germany? Was it not imported from Europe? Is the "made in Germany" stamp on my vin plate a fake? If so I am going to be pretty pissed off. Most all the parts I order for my car come from Europe, does that really make my car a wannabe car?

I

haven't ever really been into vanity plates, but I figured maybe you guys had a couple ideas that would give me some ideas to come up with something that fits me and/or my car. I think someone else on here has swaggon, but that's a good one. Maybe I should just get some random numbers/letters?
