H.W., the thinking man's Bush. Kudos for him for standing up to the NRA even back then. That organization has devolved well outside of simply being a practical gun advocacy organization, mutating into the grotesque ideological beast that it is today.

You and I almost never disagree and you are right, 99.9% of their cases are liberal crazy cases, but my wife and her firm actually just worked on a case with the ACLU against the NJ state police fighting the OPRA statutes for the NJ second amendment society along with others.

The ACLU is a liberal leaning group, but if you actually do the research they support a wide array (politically) of cases for both sides of the aisle.
