This forum is helpful

First thanks to Mike Larry/DM46 for pointing out a good gym to join. I'll buy you a beer if we ever meet.

I got a good discounted monthly membership without a contract. The gym has 2 racks and plenty of equipment. No more freaking smith machines.

I had to drop the weights by about 15% on racks compared to smith machine (my old gym did not have racks).

Best part, the new gym is within the same distance as the old gym. It has higher girls:guys ratio than my old gym. It's like a cherry on top of a cherry on top of the cake without the icing (too much sugar).

I wish if I had a friend that takes working out seriously. It would have been nice. Too bad you're far away.
