Power Numbers to Expect.

Im considering doing some performance upgrades on my ZHP.
No Engine mods So far.

Im looking into doing

Intake
Headers
Exhaust
Tune.

What kind of horsepower numbers to the wheels should i Expect?

BTW my car has 138k on it. Still Running Healthy!

Depends on what brand you want on each of those? And if you want a real cold air or custom exhaust or whatever

As far as the headers I want to do either the Bimmerbrakes SS or the Bimmerbrakes Gen3

Intake ill most likely do AFE

And the tune i was thinking about Eurocharged, if another company can push more horsepower out by modifying the tune for headers exhaust and intake, then ill go with that one.

I will be doing headers, so thats finalized.

Just which ones to do?

Best bet if you can afford it is a custom tune. I would recommend Randy Mueller at Epic. He's excellent to work with, and he's a racer himself with a lot of experience tuning BMWs. He works with Bimmerworld, so there may be a possibility he can custom tune your car either remotely or down in Virginia where BW is based.

If you have a good tune, the car should make about 210-220 on a Dynojet depending on the health of the motor, the day you happen to run, etc. The big gains will come from the headers and the tune - the intake isn't going to do much if anything for you, but it makes the motor sound nice.

intake - dinan
headers - supersprint
exhaust - rogue engineering
tune - does evolve have a non-m tune??

if your lucky youll get maybe +25hp but as little as +1.

oh and get a base dyno before anything. this way you can see the difference. i really regret not doing this before i started bolting bits on.

Are there any good Headers for street that won't mess up the sensor. Plus don't want to break the bank.
