rules regarding PM

Hello,

I know that PMs are intended for private message and is often encourage by the moderators so that members can express and debate their differences in private. However, what are the rules about receiving unwanted/unsollicit attacks and harrassment over PM? Make no mistake, this isn't a sollicit PM where I am being sensitive because I read what I didn't want to read. This PMs came out of the blue and is creepy.

I keep getting harrassed by this one user. Can i report him or at least report the PM? I already have blocked the user by adding him into my ignore list.

I have never harassed you or even communicated with you before this. I might have made one sideways comment re a running gag on some other thread but I have never directly engaged you before, not even once, and we both know this reply was to one of your own PMs. Clearly I'm correct and you do have mental issues, I'll say no more.

I say this in the most professional and polite manner but for the sake of your children welfare/well being/safety/etc you need professional help. I don't appreciate your random and sollcit attacks and your version of reality.

I never sent you a PM. If I did indeed send you a PM then let;s do a screen shot and capture it.
