Wiring Question/Issue

Ok, was able to retrofit a Kenwood DDX6019 in place of my stock Nav. To do so, I made a harness using primary cable and wired up the head unit harness and adapter in a 17ft. long version pictured here...

Everything works but there are some minor issues I need to sort out. Audio gurus feel free to chime in...

First- it seems when the car is not running but the key is in the accessory position, the unit doesn't get enough power to run. It tries to start then immediately turns off. However, when I start the car, everything runs fine.

Second- the headlights now flicker but just barely. I'm assuming it could be a power draw issue but I'm not positive. Again, input would be appreciated.

Lastly- I now have an airbag light on. I thought maybe I left a seat plug undone but that doesn't seem to be the case. What other plugs could I have neglected?
