bostonsc4,

That was good form. Which gym do you work out at? You can be my workout partner. My friends are not serious about the gym and they skip 1-2 a week. I just joined foreverfit and they allow guest visitors.

Just got 9 wide grip (more than shoulder width) with the strict form after deadlifting, nothing impressive but I'm happy with that.

I can do 20 in proper form. Dead hang. No kipping. I can probably do more but always stop on 20.

Today I did several (bout 5) sets clapping at the top. Those are fun, but damn my palms hurt. Smallest set I did was 5.

Can do 20 using any grip, up to 30 using normal shoulder width grip; on that note, a buddy of mine is a former gymnast, I've seen him do double that!
MONGS
this person mentioned the legs and then several people started talking about crossing or not crossing

What's it matter if your legs are crossed or not? You're using your upper body. If you don't use them to boost, it shouldn't matter whether they're straight, crossed, spread, or covered in cats.

As long as the body is straight, that's all that matters. You gonna post a vid too?

Took a video yesterday, but my gf texted it to me and became super pixelated. Gonna install bimmerapp on her phone later and upload it straight from there!
Got 19 (almost 20) but form broke a little on the last few. I'll let you guys judge it, my feet basically started coming forward, but not creating momentum. Didn't realize I was even doing it haha

Hmm. I guess I've never uploaded a video. Maybe good old photobucket will come in handy.
