This is a pet peeve of mine. If youre in the slow lane, dont go fast. Let people merge in. I hate it when I'm merging in and some fuk face decides to go 80 and wont let me merge. I also hate it when big rigs do this. There is a godamn truck lane for a reason. This is mainly for the LA area since our on ramps are so damn short.

I understand what you mean when the person speeds up from the slow lane to block the onramp. but what about when the guy on the onramp speeds up and cuts you off? when the coudl of gone behind you and merged around without any risk.

I've just become more calm with time and realize it's not worth lowering myself to other peoples' levels. Also, you never know whether someone is having a bad day or their relative just died or they might be psychotic. So it's just not worth it.

Yup....was out climbing old glacier rocks with a bud over the weekend. The old teenage or 20 something me would have sprung from rock to rock with no care or worry. The 30 something me thinks of things like broken bones, my son, concussions, etc. So yeah...as we age we realize we are not as invincible as we use to think. We've seen more death, injuries, and misfortune all around us and we become more risk averse.

It is natural. Now stop posting things here on the internet ya big vagina and get back in the kitchen!

Cowmoo and Tom pretty much summed it up.

If by "more of a pvssy" you mean wiser, then yes.

Nope, just more wise. Wisdom (..and less juvenility and unnecessary risk taking) comes with age.
