A Few Jeep Pics from My Recent Trip to Canadialand

Took a trip to Canada over my birthday this year (dec 25th) and had some good times snow wheelin....took a couple of pics and figure I'd share them with you guys. Any comments and questions are always welcome! Holy crap though...I have never seen so much salt in my life, not to mention, the temps were either in the low single digits or below 0, so I question the effectiveness of the salt. My entire rig was CAKED in salt by the end of my trip.

Thanks for looking!

And if anyone here has a bigger SUV for their winter use, I highly recommend the Goodyear Duratracs...incredible tires in the snow, and I mean SERIOUS snow.

Custom built those. Couldn't take the BS OEM candles in a jar. Bixenon projectors make a world of difference.

More details on the jeep please. Your jeep looks amazing. I have been looking but I am stuck. I really don't want to spend 35k. But everything less than that is plain or high miles.

Jeeps hold their value better than any other vehicle on the market, and as a result, 95% of the time, you are better off getting a new one. If you want a barebones version, you can get one for under 25K.

You can see the details of the mods here.

I went up to Quebec City (and vicinity), Montreal (and vicinity) and then went Jeeping at a bunch of National Parks. These particular photos were taken at Mont Tremblant National park. I wanted to go farther north (to the Indian reservations with no paved roads) but the wife got sick and we lost two days. Im going to go up in the summer to Torngat Mountains National Park, but I need to prep my rig a lot more for that expedition (point A on the map.)

A couple of crazy jeep guys are talking about a trip through Canada to Greenland...will definitely participate in that.

Is that a 3.6 or a 3.8...? If 3.6, how do you like it?

Awesome! The snow actually hasn't been very heavy this season. A GoPro would've come in handy lol.

Is the orange a special edition?
