Best Indy Mechanic in Chicago area?

Hi all. I just purchased an 02 M3 (never had a BMW before) and live in the NW burbs. Besides VS Motorsports, can you all recommend a solid, affordable mechanic to service an M3 at a reasonable rate?

My friend owns a shop that specializes in German cars. I highly recommend him from my own experience. Its in Hodkins. Automedic Inc. 708-259-3107

Edit: Just noticed you are in the NW. Probably too far for you.

I take my m3 too Mike&Henry's in western springs for regular service they're good, he's been there forever. For performance go to Chicago performance and tuning. Talk to Al at CPT. He's the best hands down, he's not the cheapest but he doesn't do anything half assed. He's done both of my S4's and m3.

No. He is by the big UPS that you see below I 294. Its by Lagrange Rd and I 55.

Rive road is right there...you have to drive over a big bridge to get to his shop? If its the same guy I'm thinking of..he had a lot of nice stuff there.
