E46 325i 2004 vibrations....

Hi guyz, during the last days, when i start my car the car makes some noise and vibrate.. here the temperature is between -20 - degrees celsius... and also i can smell something wrong coming from my muffler. When i put the car on drive i can clearly notice that the first rpm numbr is hard i mean the car doesnt go smoothly like before and then after 2 or 2.5 rpm it rides good. Is this all due to the temperature right now in montreal?

Well mine does the same thing but when i turn if the heat it stops

My 03 325i shakes a bit when I first start it up. Asked the local guys at the dealership here if a clogged ccv will do this and they said "yes the engine shaking will happen during cold weather". Going to order a new ccv kit and get it fix.
