HELP! with Depo problem

Ok I always thought of my self as marganily intelegent but now I feel like a frusterated moron.
Here is the back story:
I bought a set Depo P46 with halogen angel eyes. I went with halogen so to keep witht the darker theme. the lights went in with a breeze. When it cam time to use the harness for the angel eyes nothing seems to be right. there is a matching plug like the rest of the bulbs but no plug on the harness. So i thought no big deal pull pins out of plug and slide them in to harness ends. I then ran the harness to the power supply and put one trigger in to the ecm box connecting it to (red/white/yellow tracer). the lights will not power on. Is ther any one out ther who can help me. I wired up the lights to the parking lights to test them and they work so I know it is not within the light itself. I can't contact the company I ordered them from because I am very unhappy with their service, and communication, I could email them but it took a week for them to get back to me as to why they had not sent out the lights after a week of me ordering them. I saw on their web site the harness they sell which I assume is the same one they sent me with the lights says the relay is for ccfl, and led but does not mention Halogen. (Did I get the wrong harness)

If there is anyone who can help me I am at my witts end with these things because I know it can not be this hard, and I do not want to connect them to the park lights and have them blink when I hit the turn signal.

where did you get the lights? and who wont get back to you for more than a week?

I worked a little more on the daily this evening and have come to the conclusion the harness it's self is not letting power through. Maybe the relay? If any has done an install on there's I would like to know how your experience was.
