44 AFTER I had already completed a heavy bench/dead lift/etc. workout. If you beat me, good job!

I got 45 after doing some benching and a couple sets of weighted dips, but my form may not have been great, no mirrors or anything nearby, tough to tell. I'll have to have someone tape me soon, but I've been concentrating on my triceps pretty hard the last few months..

A ton, actually. Dips have been playing a major role, as well as close grip BB benches. My gym just got a new "bar" with angled grips, that puts your hands at a 45* angle to take the stress off your wrists (perfect for me), and that seems to be helping also.

My gf took a pic of me polishing the headlights of my new car (one of those kits that use a drill to sand/polish the headlights), and when I looked at the pic, I was surprised at how big my arms look now haha

Good job! I, too, use dips primarily for tricep development. Post the polishing pic!

I used to have a picture my dad took of me installing headlights on my first car. I was 18 at the time (maybe 17 but probably 18) and it was the first time I thought my arms looked really cool in a photo

Since then, I've spent ten years feeling small

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Dip Contest : Who is in?

How would the above dips compare to weighted dips like this? Any insight?

Those are pretty much solely triceps type dips. Don't work your pecs.
