325xit New Wheels

Hello everyone,

Thanks in advanced you guys have always provided better insight on e46 than most tire shops etc..

Background info:
I have an xit, I've been running OEM 17's as summer set up. And have a set of borbet type E's I run in the winter. (16") however I think these are +10 offset, idk but they stick out a bit out of the wheel arch. Was concerned about causing damage but I figured a couple months town driving wouldn't be the end of the world.

Now to the real Question:
I want to run a set of Borbet type E's (17") for the summer. But the offset is +13, I think stock is fairly high at around 40???

Anyways will I be alright running this offset, or will my axles etc punish me later?

Thanks again

You can't just give us the offset without giving us the width.

The offset details how far from the center of a wheel the hub sits so a 17x7 et+13 is much different than 17x9 et+13

I'm currently running 18x9 et+26 and it's near flush, but not quite. I do have shaved rear fenders and KW coilovers.
