I assume you're black.

I swear to you I'm not racist, however, here in America, the stereotype seems to be much more common than in other places. It's seriously annoying, because so many fit the profile, and exaggerated to such an extent, that it's hard to overcome it.

And on that note, "being black" has nothing to do with actually being black. If you don't understand what I mean, I'd be happy to explain.

It's all about the parenting. The ladies in the video were probably raised by mothers just like them. And the kids witnessing this just perpetuates the cycle.

Okay, like I said, it's much more common here than in any other place.

No one here said every black person is like that, nor did we say YOU were.

Yeah, I am black. I totally understand what you're saying, and maybe just because I'm not exposed to situations like these often I still find them out of the ordinary. Maybe it's where I'm from, I don't really know but I do feel like sometimes people should keep their opinions to themselves about other people that they've never met or don't know what they've gone through. I do agree that the actions in the video were unnecessary and embarrassing though. I feel bad for the kids with that type of parenting/environment.

The majority of encounters I've had with/have seen involving situation where a disagreement occurred, if these type of people (you know what I'm referring to) were there, it was always absurdly over-dramatic, disrespectful, and downright stupid. It's sad, honestly.

Maybe it's just my environment then, because where I'm from I barely see these type of encounters happening with any race. Even when I'm at work the majority of the people to say something mean or make a scene out of something are older white women who are in my mind just stuck up. I also do go to a school with 1,000 kids and about 15 of them are black, so that explains where I've grown up a little.
