E46 Sedan looking for manual 46 sedan in sfbay

helping a friend locate a E46 in the bay area: please PM/email if you have one FS.

requirements:

Clean title+sedan+manual+sport package:
prefer white/black; any clean paint car will be considered.
Stock unmodified car much preferred; very minor modified cars are ok.
Must have CA smog.

323/325/328/330 5 speed.

Tourings would be considered if manual 5 speed

Do not want:

no automatics/SMG
no coupe
No M3, no 330 6 speed or zhp - too expensive.

I just posted my 4dr E46 and I'm from the bay area. The car has some slight modifications. No modifications have been done to the motor. The car is a clean title and was recently smogged/registered last month. 157xxx miles 5spd manual. The price is $6000. My number is (510)396-5130 if interested

If you don't mind a salvage title that was fixed well, I have a zhp for 11k. 65k miles, manual, silver gray.
