Sunroof grease?
So I replaced some parts on my sunshade, all the sliding clips, basically everything but the driver and the sunshade itself. But my sunroof and shade are still moving very slowly. Looking at things, I noticed there is a good amount of grease, the looks old and pretty dried out that now may be causing the sunshade and roof a harder time opening. Is there a standard grease that BMW uses, or is something from the store an okay idea?
I also was thinking if I'm relubricating the sunshade, may as well do the seat rails...if that isn't too much of a job. I searched last week and feel like I found mostly mixed review, thanks for any input.

BMW does sell sunroof grease, but it is much cheaper to go get some dielectric grease packets from your auto parts store. Do it once a year and it'll keep everything sliding smooth. I've been doing it for a few years now.
