You got this kid. Second pic is easily achievable natural. I've bodybuilt and juiced for a few years now. Won two shows. You'll never get the first pic without gear. Lots of gear. And about 10,000 clean calories daily. And it's uncomfortable. I was 245 at 10% and trust me. Being big isn't all fun. But second pic you can get to easy. You don't need "var" like others have said. That **** is for pussies and girls. Just eat clean

I wish I could get onto such a strict routine. My workouts are oh so bland and general. And my diet consists of anything that I decide to eat.

Dom can you post up what you're eating to achieve 400g protein/day?

I'm bulking up as well and 200g/day is hard enough. End of the day I usually get 100-120g fat / 400-450g carb / 200-230g protein, and that's including a full serving of Serious Mass shakes everyday.

I'm still trying to get used to this routine. I only did about one week of it and now I have to stop to rest up for my swim champs.

What are you eating thats giving you 100-120g of fat? Your carb level is fine for a workout day, but you want to cut down that fat and add more lean protein.

400g is a bit ridiculous unless you count the proteins you get from gluten in pasta/bread etc (I don't).

Examples of lean protein meals

1-2 Eggs + 8 Egg Whites for breakfast (40g P 10g F)
2 x 10oz Chicken Breast (100g P 6g F)
2 Scoops Whey PWO + 2 cups skim milk (66g 0g F)
2 x 10oz Chicken Breast (100g P 6g F)

That's over 300g right there of solid protein, and when you couple it with additional proteins from carb / other dairy sources you are in the 350-400 ballpark. And it comes with only 22g fat.

On days where you are eating 450g worth of carbs and eating over your maintenance calories, you want to minimize your fat intake completely because you will store it as bodyfat.

My meals during competition dieting are as follows:
1- 15 egg whites either drank or fried and toast
2- 8oz chicken and full cup pasta
3- Same as 2
4- 8 red meat (usually chuck) cup white rice
5- 60g shake and banana
6- 15 egg whites and toast
