MI: 2002 M3 6-speed Steel Grey

Ok boys and girls, the car is back up for sale. I've lost my job, and I'm in school, so I really need to step down to something more affordable, at least while I'm still in school. Let me be clear, this IS the ONLY reason I need to get rid of her. I absolutely love this car, I'm just not in a position to be able to keep her anymore

The good:
2002 M3 6-speed 145,xxx miles
Steel grey exterior, which I'm told is a rare color on M's.
No rust!
Dove grey interior (power seats, but not heated)
Megan racing titanium tip exhaust
Depo led corner lights
Depo led tail lights
Tein springs (installed)
H&R springs (brand new in box)
New centric pads and rotors on the front (not quite 6 months ago)
Led halo's
Black kidney grills
Black side vents
Black M3 badge on the rear
Carbon/carbon BMW badges all around
3 sets of wheels:
2 OEM 18" sets (one with bfg kdw's for summer, however the rears are worn out, and one set with Bridgestone Blizzaks with about 700 total miles on them for winter (currently on the car))
1 set of RebsSport 19x9.5 +22 front, and 19x10.5 +22 rear with BRAND new Federal 595's. 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear.

The bad:
Mileage
Sounds like it needs sway bar bushings in the front (makes a sort of "clunk" when going over small bumps, however you can't feel it, just hear it)
Needs rear diff bushings (also makes a "clunk" if you don't shift smoothly)
Needs throw out bearing (makes a "whirring" sound between 1st and 2nd gear, but the clutch is perfectly fine)
No check engine light at all, just the brake pad wear sensor light is on (I never changed the sensor when I did the brakes.)
It doesn't like to start the first crank, seems to be a fuel pressure issue. I've replaced the fuel pump with a walbro 255, new MAN fuel filter, and new oem BMW fuel pump relay. The only thing I think it could be at this point may be the saddle bag tank pump, the fuel pressure regulator, or a leaky fuel injector. She starts on the 2nd crank EVERY time without fail. Sometimes on the first. I do drive her every single day, rain snow or shine, and she's never let me down. Ever.
I don't believe the BMW factory recalls have been done, but I'm not sure, I've got the vin available for interested parties.
Interior is a bit rough, nothing that an afternoon with some interior adhesive glue and some time couldn't fix. However the drivers seat is pretty worn. Even so, these are the most comfortable OEM seats I've ever had in any car.

Basically, you'd be getting an E46 M3 at an affordable price, and it definitely still runs its ass off. I had it out at Gingerman (for those of you who are familiar) and it felt WONDERFUL on the track. It was a rainy day, and I still hunted my buddies down in their STi's and easily blew them off the track.

Down to business.
I'm looking for $9500 for EVERYTHING. All the wheels and tires, everything.
I'd do $9000 for everything, minus the snow wheels/tires.
And finally, I'd do $8000 for just the car and the OEM 18's.
These prices are pretty firm, after all, its still an E46 M3

And onto the pics and videos

I guess it was up for sale to the highest bidder, thank u for leading me on and making me look like an idiot now after talking to my boss and filling out paperwork/requesting permission to travel to Chicago, I thought u were honest and understood the limitations of my line of work and my inability to just up and travel to your location.

Good luck with sale and thank you for nothing.

Look man, if you want proof that he was interested first, I'll be glad to show you. I haven't done anything shady.

Thanks again for your service!

I'm about to go to bed, I've got early class in the morning, so your potential ride is safe for the night lol, no deposit needed just yet. Once you make the accommodations thru your boss, a deposit then would be fine.
How is that not shady? whatever dude it wasn't meant to be...

Sorry for the hard feelings. If you're truly interested in seeing cold hard facts that he was interested first, I'll show ya.

It seems about 100% like it is. But I won't know for sure until tomorrow when the guy is supposed to come pick it up. Really not trying to bullshit anyone, I've gotten SO much interest, its hard to keep up with everything.

yeah u r right he might have been first but what makes u a shitty person is the statement above from your pm last night... like I said it wasn't meant to be. Better to find out u r dealing with a shitty person before committing to anything big like making the 500 miles trip.

As the seller he can sell it to whoever he wants. Sorry but when selling something my policy is whoever comes with the cash first, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the same for the seller. If you sell enough vehicles you'll know that half the people interested are tire kickers, so why risk losing a sale by holding it, especially a good deal like this.
