faint chirp/squeal when shifting?

I just did my CABs; this may or may not be related.

(Found this awesome place in town (www.firstgeargarage.com) that lets you rent a lift/hoist, and you can do your work inside where it's warm... )

Anyway, I got everything back together, torqued up proper and all, and I'm on my way home, and I'm shifting through the gears, and I start to hear this faint chirping/squeal when I shift gears.

At first I thought it might be just the Powerflex Bushings squeaking, as I've read that can happen... but this seems really to be coming from the clutch/gearshift...

Doesn't matter if I'm shifting hard or easy or smooth or whatever, it's the motion of the gearshift between gears that seems to make the sound...

When I head out again this afternoon, I'll see if it makes any difference how far I push in the clutch.

It's not annoying, necessarily, but I just noticed it now. Might have done it always, but you know how you're more tuned in to changes after you do work on your car...

Anyone?

is the squeak chirp sound like it is from the pedal?

I just fixed this in my car by jacking up car, remove two 13mm nuts (need an extension to reach second nut), and sprayed CRC super lithium grease in the Clutch bell housing. Super easy, clutch squeak gone.

Less the pedal, and more the gearshift. Like if you're in third gear, say, and you push against the gear knob, you might hear what sounds like a wee bit of meshing. It's like that.
