Muffeler that will pass cali smog

Dose anybody have any idea on the whereabouts of a muffler that would sound sexy on a bmw but still pass smog....mine already passes but i want to upgrade to a more aggresive sound any tips from people who have done this and passes and on what to look for

My Ride: 05 e46 m3 vert
I went with my friend for his smog he had a 2001 E320 with resonator delete and a muffler delete he passed

Muffler doesn't effect emissions.
