Just a regular handstand. Found out why the other video was so dark. Should have turned on my other light. Haha. My wrist started hurting at the end. Not sure if its correct form but I'm sure I can last longer if my wrist didn't hurt. Haha

I weighed in at 184 today! Fuuuccckkk! I'm going to start eating whole humans if I don't hit 190 lbs. soon. At least my back squats felt good today.....425 lbs. for one rep. That's about 50 lbs. less than what I was capable of years ago, but I feel like my form is well above what it used to be.

You're great inspiration but you make me feel so scrawny lol. Took this picture last weekend. I've been focusing more on back and chest now and also gaining some weight. In that picture i was like 149-151ish. Was at like 156.5 the other day hoping to hit high 160's (cutting out the all nighter parties on the weekend should help) mid or end of February then cut down again and see my progress.

Dude although you looked naked, you've got a pretty sweet figure going. (No ****) M3inline5 (lol) makes eme feel scrawny, but his numbers are nothing more than inspiration for us all to get 1-2 more reps out of what we're doing. In the end , all we are doing here is improving ourselves. And I can't wait to get even within 10 miles of M3. He's done the work we have yet to do.

I only took it because a girl asked for it, hence the sexual nature of it (i actually cropped some to make it more appropriate lol). Thanks though, greatly appreciate the compliment! I'm thinking 2 years of dedicated hard work, with the knowledge i can gain from this forum, and maybe i can start creeping up on m3inline6's current stats... strong emphasis on creeping.

I definitely agree with m3 on the weight gain though. I'm only a week into really trying to gain weight (trying to consume around 4k calories a day) and I'm so sick of eating. I don't know if i can continue this all the way till the end of February, but believe I'm going to try.
