Keep your fingertips about 3 inches from the wall and keep your heels scrapping on the wall also strongly engage your core (Abs and quads/hamstrings)

I may take another crack at it Friday. I need to let my shoulders repair themselves.
You look very well balanced, do you do yoga or pilates or anything? Dance?

I've been training Capoeira for 10+ years. I'm currently the rank of "Instructor", and I have about 60-70 students. I also am a self-taught gymnast.

I weighed in at 184 today! Fuuuccckkk! I'm going to start eating whole humans if I don't hit 190 lbs. soon. At least my back squats felt good today.....425 lbs. for one rep. That's about 50 lbs. less than what I was capable of years ago, but I feel like my form is well above what it used to be.
You should be proud. I picked up some compression shorts today. I don't pull them off as well as you, but I'm rockin them alright.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Hopefully a few months from now I'll be doing things I never imagined I would be able to and you won't even recognize my progress picture!
