II. You've at least attempted to google and read a basic guide to nutrition & exercise. You understand what macronutrients are, different muscle groups, maintenance calories, and that you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time unless you are just starting out.
Example for fat loss Example for putting on muscle Shouldn't have to give the same generic info over and over
