Anti-Roll Bar ??'s

I'm referring to the little metal bars that pop up out of the rear headrests when the car feels its going to roll.
Well mine popped up from me hitting a curb (I didn't flip, just lifted up one side of the car), but now im not sure how to put them back down. Are you able to just push them back down into the headrest, reset the spring and close it back up, or do you have to buy all new headrests?

Thanks

Yea, pull off the headrest, and there should be a lever that you pull, and push the bar back down

I know there's a video on YouTube, search for E46 rollover protection. You will see full operation.
