This guy is a BEAST!
This guy is a monster! I didn't even know it was possible to get triceps that big and defined! We can all learn a lot from this.

Backflip burpees and 360 pushups. That's what gave him his big tris lol
He is a strong dude but some of the moves are just unnecessary. Great way to mess up rotator cuffs and knees by doing some of those moves. |

Lifting weights (..and low body fat) gives him those triceps. Don't be fooled! I see guys in my gym doing at least half of what he is doing in those videos. What he has is a strong core, making many of those movements possible. It isn't his triceps. I train an art full of skinny men and women who can do everything that he is doing in that video plus substantially more, and none of them have bulging triceps.
Example: Ido Portal ....mastery of body, Capoeirista, arguably one of the most inspirational guys with regards to movement and flexibility, and.....no bulging triceps (..at least not like what's achievable with weighted exercises). ![]() You can watch his stuff all day:
