320d e46 white smoke
Hi.
I am new to bmw and just bought my first e46 320d. When it's cold it's blowing too much white smoke but when the temperature is normal after a while then there is no smoke. Is it something to worry?? |

No I dont think so, most cars do it, when it is cold it is usually the water condensation. Just to be safe make sure you change oil and filter with bmw oem oil and filter, and regularly monitor the oil level to see if it is burning

Thanks for a quick reply. When I bought the car it was just serviced but I don't think it used good bmw oem parts. it's just been serviced by a local garage. I just took this to another local garage and the mechanic says it looks as if the turbo is going. Not sure what to do now.
