I wanted to do m3 sedan, but later on things changed and I went with fenders, panels, bumpers, and hood. Last edited by jM2.me; 02-07-2013 at 07:43 PM. |

Bump.
Offtopic: Anyone know what wheels these might be? I'm taking a liking to them, and consider something similar. Last edited by jM2.me; 02-19-2013 at 11:14 PM. |

Great update! I would definitely fill-in that m3 front fender badge and keep it looking like a sedan!

Thanks In case someone is wondering why it looks like rear door is welded shut, here is explanation. The gap between door and 1/4 panel was filled with paper and then body filler was applied over door and 1/4 panel. Once surface is smooth, the body filler over the gap will be removed. This way the 1/4 panel and door will look pretty . My dad's idea, I would never think of this for sure Last edited by jM2.me; 02-21-2013 at 11:40 AM. |

Don't do it! Great work so far, but the side gills will ruin in! Just fill it in.

I am pretty sure that BMW planned sedan e46 M3. The plastic pieces align perfectly. Disclaimer: If you think that m3 (badge, sign, text, etc) should not appear on non-m3 bmw, I am sorry. If you are really concerned about it I will be glad to buff out M3 text on the liners. |

Progress update.
Driver side 1/4 panel is almost ready, but driver's fender needs some more work Passenger 1/4 panel turned out better just like passenger fender.
