E92 M3 - 27k miles/AW/Cloth/6MT/CF Roof/LCI

This is the absolute best car I've owned but all good things must come to an end. I'm readjusting my priorities and downsizing. The replacement is a 17-year old E36 (yup!) but it's sleeping outside until the E92 sells

2010 BMW M3 Coupe

~27k Miles

No accidents / Clean Title in Hand

6 Speed Manual Transmission

Alpine White III Exterior

Anthracite & Black Cloth / Leather ("Speed Cloth") Interior

Titanium Shadow Trim

Note: This is a rare "bare bones", focused, enthusiast model with absolutely NO options!

This is my second E9x M3 and I looked hard to find this stripper model as I wanted the E9x M3 experience in it's purest and simplest form.

If you're looking for an optioned car, this is not the one for you! (plenty of fully loaded cars out there to pick from )

More Info:

The car is complete with the original tool kit, books, manuals and both keys.

It is still under the original factory maintenance/warranty (There are 6+ months remaining and you have the option to extend before it expires, if you so desire)

OCD enthusiast owned and maintained.

I follow my own maintenance schedule (all receipts - including but not limited to):

Half oil change interval (6-7k instead of 15k)

Spark plugs at 20k (instead of 37k)

Transmission fluid at 25k (instead of never!)

Differential fluid at 25k (instead of ~45k)

Regular dealer service/maintenance is done at BMW of El Cajon by (and only by) Master Tech and BMW CCA regional president Nick Owen.

All original paint except for front bumper (more about that below)

Full front bumper + headlights + mirrors + partial hood and fender clear bra.

Religiously hand washed by yours truly once a week.

Hinges, locks, latches lubricated with Wurth dry lube. Hood, doors and trunk seals conditioned and kept fresh with Wurth rubber care.

Wheel hubs coated (no typical E9x rusty wheel hub disease!)

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff but the car has been 100% rock solid and has never given me a single issue.

It's also very strong (dyno verified @ EAS). Needs nothing.

Aftermarket Additions:

Eibach Springs (tasteful mild lowering)

EIbach Sway Bars

Bimmerworld V2 Brake Lines (Motul RBF600 Brake Fluid)

OE ZHP Shift Knob

OE LCI Tail Light Conversion

"Custom" Euro Front Bumper Conversion

About the front bumper:

The front bumper was scraped by a careless female driver when she attempted to parallel park in front of my parked car (despite having tons of room!) Luckily I happened to be walking to my car right as it happened. It was not a matter of just buffing it out (it cut through the clear bra) so I got the clumsy lady's insurance info and took the car to my bodyshop (Chapparone in San Diego, the best, read their Yelp here). Chapparone worked with me to fix it perfectly. We took the opportunity to shave the front bumper off its U.S. spec reflectors to get that much cleaner Euro look.

This was not a cheap backyard bondo job! A spare factory BMW bumper was used and cut up to fill the reflector cut-outs with OE ABS plastic. The result is seamless, you cannot see any outline of where it was patched up; and thanks to ABS plastic, factory flexibility remains.

About me:

Feel free to search my name on all BMW forums!

I'm a die hard BMW fan and I've sold all my previous cars (E36s, E46, Z4MC, E90) on forums. I prefer them to go to other enthusiasts rather than listing on auto trader and the like.

(Note: The car currently has aftermarket wheels and exhaust but those will most likely be replaced with factory pieces before the sale)

Price / Contact:

Asking $45k OBO.

I also ask that you only contact me if you are really in the market.

Any questions or concerns about the car, please either post, PM, or email me @ kaiv_one@yahoo.com

Thank you for looking!

Buy with the STRONG confidence people, Kevin is a big reason why so many M3's are still running well in the So Cal area. Bottom line, this is the best non optioned car, color, and owner you could ask for.
