Unlocked GSM Android smarthphone <$100

Anyone can recommend a good GSM Android smartphone that can be had for <$100? It must be unlocked to any carrier, no contracts or other BS. I have LG Optimus now so something at least comparable to that or better would be nice. I'd like to get a GSM version that can be taken overseas without issues.
