I got a friend who is selling me his spring Tein brand for 100$ are new! I see a good deal on it! But i have another friend saying that best for my car and only one i should pit because i got sport suspension is H&R! Why? I can not pick another brand? Like Eibach, Megan Racing, Tein! Lowering springs with stock shocks/struts is never a good idea....they go bad and start feathering your tires...other anomolies too...no reason to believe that one set of springs is better than the other unless you are going for a specific look that one offers that the other does not...

Thanks for it so i already know any spring is same they will work same right! I thought ride quality will be different with different springs! So what kind of shock should i use? New ones? Or other brand?

If you are lowering your car get some Bilstein Sport struts and shocks. Those will pair nicely with some lowering springs.

Ideally, you want the dampers to be matched to the spring rates, so a matched spring/shock setup like an an H&R touring cup kit or an Eibach pro-system will probably be ideal if you want lowering.
OP, what are your goals for modifying the suspension? Do you want handling or stance?

Depending on your budget, I'd go with a matched spring/damper kit as mentioned above, or if you have a little more dough, a mild strreet coils vet package. Springs alone will compromise your ride quality AND handling

Sadly not all lowering springs are the same. Many differences between the brands. The wire used makes a difference, how thick it is, the alloy makup, it all plays a factor. Another thing is that some companies just wind the wire so it fits the perches and is lower then the stock but have the same wind all the way down. Others have a progressive wind so that it keeps its ride quality with regular bumps and driving conditions but then stiffen if they're pushed harder. That's why the huge difference in cost between the brands.

Thats a good info, i always thought there was some difference because no everybody like to pay more just for a brand name, and then i hear here they all were almost same! I will try not to put ebay spring, will get those Teins and some bilstein sport shocks

600 on a drop would be a deal. Tein's are good springs and the price is right if you want to go the cheap route. I had Tein on my 350 and loved them, but that was my 350, not BMW. Look into how much strut/shock's cost and you might rethink your decision. My pops always taught me, if your going to do something, don't do it half a$$ed, do it right. Think this applies here.
