Dyno Comparison: Maximum PSI turbo kit vs ESS VT2-550
We just finished up a few upgrades and maintenance items on an E46 M3 with an ESS VT2-550 kit that we installed earlier. We got it back on the dyno to get some runs to compare to our E46 M3 turbo kit. I will add that the ESS kit made great numbers for no meth on our dyno(442/294) and the car runs great!
Maximum PSI turbo kit : 8psi, pump gas dyno Stock section 2, aftermarket muffler ESS VT2-550 supercharger kit: 9psi, pump gas Euro M3 headers High flow cats 3" section 2 Aftermarket muffler

Heartbraker dyno? If so, great numbers from the turbo kit. The numbers on the 550 kit still seems low.

This is a superflow dyno. From what we have seen it runs 6% lower than a dyno jet.
Mikes car is going back together as we speak. We will test the catted section and have some solid numbers for everyone!

That is HUGE area under the curve for the MaxPSI kit!

 those are great numbers they look very similar to DenaliXTC's dyno curve who dyno at your shop. (off course you guys are running a few lb less boost )

so in other words this DME tuned Turbo kit is competitive with any <500 rwhp kit? Turbo or supercharged
