The dumbest thing happened in my M3
Today I was driving when all if the sudden my iPhone 5 falls out my sweatpants pocket I tried to grab it but it was to far under the seat so I said screw I'll get it when I get home I get home and look under the seat it's not there call the phone and it was vibrating by the gas pedal under the carpet come to find out there's a air vent under the seat that it slid into this sucks

Go to a parking lot, hit reverse real fast and slam on the brakes. It will slide back out.
Ask me how I know....lol

Neutral drops, baby!!! Seriously though, if the ring around the iPhone is steel, maybe a magnetic reacher tool would be the trick. Like you use to grab lost screws out of tight places. I don't know if the ring is steel or aluminum though. Be sure to post a DIY if you have to take everything apart.

You don't want to put anything magnetic next to your phone intentionally.

Use a double-stick foam on a rod and fish it out.
