Best Wheel Refinishing - Metro Dc

The title sez it all! I'm looking for a top notch shop to remove all finish, fix curb rash, and repaint my alloys. Your suggestions are appreciated.

sorry to thread jack.. but what's the cost on repairing rims? When I got my car I stopped by the dealership to say hey... and the manager in the repair shop gave me a quote for rim repair. I think he said $125. But idk if that was each or total.

I'd figure that was each. Depending on what you're after, some repairs involve masking the tire, grinding/filing the wheel damage away, filling/smoothing with Bondo, and painting. Some will pop the tire from the bead and do a repair similar to above. Others will remove the tire, check the wheel for trueness, true the wheel, then repair the damage and paint the wheel.
Prices vary with the degree of damage, repair technique/thoroughness, and location.

Every place I've spoken to will charge less if the tires have already been removed.

thanks. Mine are in need of repair. Even my mom noticed. They aren't too bad but once you come close they could use a little touching up. The previous owner, definitely didn't know how to park a car. lol
