Is anybody on here an actual tech in a dealership or knows one that can answer this simple question? I'm going to uti and I want to join the BMW program but I first wanna know how many hours they put in a week doing flat rate, do the dealerships get a lot of recalls or just preventive maintenance

I'd say 10% preventive maintenance, 15% enthusiast knowing what's going on, and 75% doctors' wives saying, "What's that red magic lamp light?"
