My Ride: BMW E46
Water Pump 2000 reg BMW E46 318Ci Coupe

Huge help needed, I need to replace the water pump, however i have sheered of the "luggs" were you put in the bolts to prise it out, now i have tried wedgeing 2 crowbard to pull it out but it will not buge at all any suggestions, a friend of mine recons i will need a new engine is this the case any help will be appreciated.

You can remove the water pump by screwing two bolts into the unused lugs o. The pump. Assuming you have the new pump on hand, you'll note that there are two threaded lugs on the pump. Find the appropriate bolts to remove the broken pump.
