Does this look "used" to you?

Seller claims that it is brand new, but it's kinda yellow-ish

Could it be possible that the actual pump is new, while the rest is used?
M3 pump for $120. Mine is on the way so might as well get it.

You can't really buy separate parts for that unit. If any of it is used, it's all been used.

Picked it up.

Everything checks out. M3 fuel pump unit for $125
The unit seems to be used because there is some dirt on top blue part. Clamps are brand new like from factory.
No fuel smell at all. Maybe it was refurbished, but that doesn't explain why there is no fuel smell.

Thanks for quick responses tho

Well, they do sell just the pump portion. So as long as that is new you should be golden

The Non-M E46 looks similar. The rubber hose looks old and yellow but its like that from the factory also.

Without seeing it in person it looks like new to me.
