Don't be "that guy" in the gym

Got reminded of this by wanting to coach someone on front squats yesterday... didn't do it of course.

Pretty old but never seen it posted in here

I don't grunt much but I make some pretty gross facial expressions when lifting heavy

All I can say is that Gold's Gym is littered with 90% meatheads, 5% noobs, and 5% showoffs. Compared to most of the guys in there, i'm a noob.

I mean, at least I don't make any weird sounds or drop the weights. I will do the occasional trx handstand push-up.

Funny and realistic.

Luckily I don't fit in any of those annoying stereotypes except I do get some bad looks when I'm supersetting and using 2 sets of DBs or 2 machines. I make some noises when lifting heavy but nothing annoying.

Same here, but only because I'm one of the only heavy lifters in my gym.

LOL @ the guy with the Royal Rangers headband. I was a Royal Ranger as a kid. The Meathead is soooo on point! My resident Meathead acts JUST like that.

Nothing wrong with a little noise making or heavy breathing.
