He never had a S/C did he? Well we made a deal on his, I paid him and now I have not heard from him in a week. He seemed like a good guy but I just went through all of his posts and I see he never had one. Do you guys know anything about him?

Did you call him? He owns a shop and his number is posted in one of his threads.

I remember his first post a looooong time ago. I don't recall him ever having a supercharger. Doesn't he drive a 325 auto or something?

And IIRC, he did not ever come off as anyone remotely close to having a shop.

Yes he drove a 325 auto. I called him and got voice mail. He told me he would give me tracking on Tuesday which he didn't. I sent him several messages email and pm since with no reply. I told him if he just refund the money I will drop it and move on with life, if not I said I will contact my card company, bank, lawyer, whatever it takes. I guess he thinks I am bluffing.

I wouldn't even wait. Just call your card company and report it as fraudulent charge.

Do this. Most card companies have a 72 hour period of time when you can dispute the charge...

I wonder if they think we are drug dealing haha.

Without assuming anything....Did you tell him you would give him a tracking number on a specific date? And if so did you give him thus said tracking number on that date? I would assume the worst too if I didn't receive it when I was told I would.

PayPal told me you withdrew all of my payments. Can they do that? Legally no. Are you lying somewhere? Probably. It is very shaddy you went MIA for a week

Somethin isn't right. Paypal doesn't hold funds. Once the transfer is done, its there. I know this due to dealing with tons of Nigerian scammers on craigslist when I was selling my PC last year.

Brett, I don't want to slander your name you seem like a good guy. I am sorry it came to this. Its just that I was expecting info on Tuesday and then don't hear from you all week. Then I found your number and called you and left a voicemail and you never got back to me.

Guys Brett is not a bad guy this has all been resolved, thank you Brett
