Bough some RayBans

Should I feel bad I spent $119, that could've been spent on the car:/

i spent $170 on mine
they're nice glasses. i don't understand.

edit: not accurate. they were a gift from my mom. but they are nice glasses.

No. A good pair of sunglasses is a must. Think of it as a part of your car, you'll look good while driving.

I like this thought. I guess I'm scared something will happen to them in the long run and then it's money lost.

buy a hard case and a nice cleaning kit. if they're glass lenses DO NOT drop them. and try to avoid cleaning them with anything but your cleaning kit. do not wipe them on your shirt.

i had the same though when i got mine. i had a bad habit of crushing my sunglasses.
my ray bans are 4 years and going strong. just picked up some plastic frames oakleys recently because they're lighter and easier to wear for longer periods.

Good! Mine are poly carbon plastic and plastic lenses. And I think I got a free cleaning kit and I got a nice case

They are not polarized. Is that something I should consider or need?

Polarization gives you a better picture and reduces glare. I have also heard it protects your eyes better but I'm not sure.
For ray bans you pay about $50 more for polarization. My ray bans are polarized and I love them.

Worried enough about a $120 purchase to start a thread bout it.

Is that poverty I smell?

I spent $250 and $140 on my pairs. Definitely worth it.

Never bought any brand sunglasses. I'm 17 selling shoes for Nike, so I'm not crazy loaded haha. I wouldn't call it poverty.
