Yay a new photoshop thread
![]() Don't go giving up on it yet. If you sit through enough usually someone will feel obligated to actually do what you'd like.

He's thinking about painting his car like a chic-fil-a cow. Thread was a failure when he hit send.

In all seriousness, you don't put a paint job that aggressive on a car as stock as yours. It will look out of place.

The pictures i've posted look nothing what my car currently looks like. I'm sitting on Eibach Pro Cup Springs (almost no wheel gap left) and am running 17" MSW Racing wheels (black). Much more aggressive. I haven't gotten to take any new pics of my car since the springs and wheels went on

The risk factor is low. You'll need to spend like $50 on rattle cans. Do it, you'll be happy.

I've never tried anything like this before. Any suggestions about how to tape off the windows, cover the wheels, headlights/tail lights? How many coats will i need to do?

You will want 4-5 coats so that the dip comes off with ease in one large piece. I also recommend you watch all the tutorial vids on dipyourcars youtube channel. Swing by home depot, grab a can of black ($6) and spray something in your garage so you get a feel for it. It's idiot proof, completely reversible, and is very durable. I dipped my entire s2000 last year (will do it again this year in a crazy color) and have the grill on my Jeep dipped as well. Windows you just tape off with blue tape/newspaper/circulars, wheels are easy...just slice a garbage bag, and drape it over the wheels.
