Unhappy Help Needed: Door Lock Actuator!! Passenger side M3

Hello everyone

I've recently purchased a '03 M3 and lately its been having locking problems with both the driver side and passenger side. At first I wondered if it was the GM5 module but when I unlock the door with the key fob the fuel door unlocks so it must be the door actuator. I can turn the key to open the driver side door but for passenger side I can only open it on the inside. Neither lock or unlock seems to work with the key fob nor the center console but I do hear a clicking sound.

I decided to work on the passenger side and managed to move the door lock actuator almost out the door panel. I managed to take the door panel out and vapor barrier to get access to the lock actuator. I unplugged it, removed the 3 torx and took out the female reverse torx so i can move the actuator out but i was UNABLE to disconnect the actuator from the 2 connectors. I couldnt align the lock pin but I had to put back the door panel because it was getting dark and I had to go home. Now the door cant unlock or lock from BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Im unsure if I should take it to the mechanic or give another chance at it. If someone could please help me or explain to me the procedures or what I should do; either open door manually from inside and try again or take it to an indy and pay for my mistakes. (How much does it cost usually to fix both passenger and driver lock actuator?) Any input and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
